About Lisa Bean - Founder of Gradvert
A 2007 graduate of Newcastle University, Lisa Bean is the award winning founder of Gradvert.com who is taking the graduate
recruitment market by storm.
Following the early completion of a two year graduate scheme with a global insurance company
Lisa secured the prestigious role of Business Advisor to
the Group Finance and Risk Director in the London Head Office aged only 23, assuming responsibility for the
UK Communication Team and a c£1m budget.
During the graduate scheme, Lisa trained as a Project Manager,
a Team Manager (with offshore responsibilities)
and an Executive Committee Reporting Analyst and was the only graduate to be
awarded the highest performance rating possible in all three placement rotations.
Lisa was also selected to moderate at
graduate interviews and assessment centres, deliver talks at graduate events as well as coach and mentor new
graduate recruits. Building on in-house company training with Coaching Academy Accreditation, Lisa is an experienced and
practiced career coach specialising in student and graduate careers and job applications.
In February 2011, Lisa moved to work as the Programme Manager to the CEO of global blackswan - a world leading business
transformation and recruitment company operating across 23 countries.
In her new role, Lisa is responsible for the delivery of key projects on the CEO's agenda as well as delivering
material for core Innovation and Women in Leadership events.
